| I wanted to order a bracelet from Acacia and was excited you had a coupon code listed...it would not open and when I called them the told me they don\'t offer coupons thru coupon companys. It was sort of frustrating and disappointing to go on this goose chase... |

| I recently ordered online from their catalog. Both items were represented as "on sale" yoga tanks WITH bottoms. Items arrived -- no bottoms. I called & was told that "oh no, these are seperate items...tough luck" NO WAY was that clear at all, I ordered by phone as I wasn't sure of the security certificate & the guy who took the order repeated back to me "yoga tank with pants.. etc" This is such a clear case of BAIT & SWITCH on not one but TWO items. I will NEVER order from them again. If anyone else had similar experiences perhaps we should all get together & sue them for illegal practices. I order from online sources all the time & have NEVER had an experience like this.
