Product Purchase CustomerService
Purchased CD's and they sent me a download. I requested the CD's they tried to charge me an additional $20. I have been requesting a refund on the purchase for three weeks now with no response from Adobe. I have been ran back & forth between Online complaints to calling the 800 customer service number, which by the way has over a two hour wait before you call is answered for each of the 3 calls I had to make. Talk about frustration. I never did get a response from Adobe on refund request even though their representative walked me through the procedure on line and assured me I would hear something within 3 days. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. come on Adobe I know times are tough but your customer service is failing, and you need to hire more people to man your phones. I love Adobe products and have always been a faithful user but after I have seen this first hand I would consider buying elsewhere first!
