First of all, I love their jeans-if they actually send the order. Customer service reps, weather through chat, e-mail or by phone, are RUDE, DONT LISTEN AND, please excluse me but I dont know how else to say it, ARE LITTLE SNOTS.
My biggest prob w/ this company came from last year's findings that some companies were selling dog fur from china. Dogs are internally shocked w/ a probe, hung by a giant sharp hook, sliced down their tummies and then someone pulls their skin off by hand. The force sometimes required to do this is the person pulling all their body wieght against it. These animals are still alive.
After being cut from end to end and then skinned, piles of moaning, bleeding and dying dogs are thrown onto trucks left for a tortorous death.
Once made awhere of what the feux fur really was, most companies pulled their items. Baby Phat still had these jackets 2 seasons later on clearance. It was well into summer.
THis is a company no moral fiber who does not even care about costumers happy. |

I have purchased several items from Baby Phat.com, and I would have to say that for the most part I am satisfied with the pricing and product availability. However, the customer service reps rudeness and lack of professionalism and outrageous shipping charges make me want to start buying from another designer. If, more of the online items were offered in a store near me, I would NEVER spend my money with efashion solutions again. THERE IS NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, BUYERS BEWARE!!! This does include House of Dereon and Dereon as well.
