Worst on-line vendor ever.Shipped three of four items, billed all four, called order complete. Ignored three email service requests. Phone request resulted in promise of next-day shipment. Never happened. Told by phone rep that order was shipped. FEDEX tracking site says order was not even picked up.

Worst Customer Service Ever
I received a defective product from Back To Basics Toys (train table with holes drilled incorrectly so it could not be assembled) and began trying to get a replacement in early January. It has taken over a month and repeated phone calls to finally get them to replace it. The most frustrating part was that each supervisor "promised" to call us or find out information and they never did. Most of them made excuses or flat out lied on the phone about why they weren't getting back to us. I tried to cancel the order and I'm pretty sure they were just stalling so they wouldn't lose the sale. You can by the same products from other stores so I would avoid them at all costs. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received.
