Do Not Buy from this Place
On 7/18/08 I purchased some beach chairs for my roof top deck for my tenants. My delivery was supposed to come in on the 23rd, needless to say they didn't so the next day I called them to find out they were out and on backorder. Over the next week I checked back in with them and they told me they had 117 just come in and they would send me mine. Then I get an email from them saying they are still on backorder. Two days later I get an email from a customer service rep who says they have now been discontinued. They charged my credit card already and told me they would attempt to get me my money back. I had to challenge the charge with Capital One. As of today you can still go online and order these discontinued chairs. Buyer beware and stay way far away from this place. Beachchairs.com should not be allowed to do business.
