My husband ordered a puzzle caddy for me at the beginning of December as it was to be one of my Xmas gifts. He sent an order form along with a Money Order. Christmas came and went and it never arrived. My husband was so frustrated after calling several times and being put on hold for at least 30 minutes, that he asked me to call to find out the status of the order. Luckily, I was connected after only a few moments. I was told that the item was on "backorder" for 3-4 weeks, but the agent was unable to give me an estimated arrival date. Several days later I received a letter informing me that my item was on backorder and including a 10% coupon. Not only was the letter grammatically incorrect (all the plurals were spelled 's instead of adding s), but I could not access the coupon online. By February, my item still had not arrived and when I called again, the agent was very snippy with me, and again told me there was still a backorder of 3-4 weeks. Amazingly, several days later on Feb. 18, my caddy arrived. Although they have a wonderful selection of puzzles, and I have a discount coupon, I will be very hesitant to order from them again. I went to their web site last week, and again today, and saw that it is "temporary unavailable".....hmmmmmmmm. |

I placed an order on 12/3 and my confirmation from bits and pieces said my order would ship in 7-10 days. Never once said my item was on back order. I called on 12/18 to find out about my item because I looked at it on the internet and saw it was "unavailable" so now I was wondering what the deal was because I still had not received it. I sat on hold for at least 1/2 hour got ahold of someone and tried to cancel my order and they wont let you!! I wanted to speak to a manager and she said we will express ship it and you will have it in time for x-mas (I really dont think that this person was a manager). I haven't seen it and it is 12/27! But I got a letter in the mail the day AFTER x-mas saying that my item may not make it for the holiday. Now I try to call and can't get an answer from anyone and cant speak to a manager you just get put on hold. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. But warning to anyone thinking of buying anything from this place. They are quick to take your money and not be available to answer questions about what you ordered. Like where is my stuff?????? |
