Non-existant Customer Service
My $700+ shutters order was a mess - wrong hinge color, size, and configuration. When I call blindsgalore.com I'm transferred to a voice mailbox, even when I ask to speak to a live person or someone in authority. My repeated voice messages go unanswered and I've been unable to obtain a return authorization.
