This store and the entire chain have the worst customer service with regards to returns and getting information right in the industry. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to West Marine!!! These morons charged me the wrong price; too high, and when I tried to rectify it by getting a return they did not give me my money back at the correct rate. In effect they ripped me off. The wonderful folks are WEst MArine will alwyas deal with refunds and pricing errors in a favorable and fair way to their customers. They have a real no hassel money back program and they stick to it. I called the home office and they understood the problem but did not help me. I had to refuse the charge on the crediti card to get things right. These pople SUCK and they are going to go out of business if they keep thisup in this economy. Screw these bastards! Shop West Marine!

Boatersworld is the worst online store ever
I had the worst experience with them. They have the worst customer service and completely clueless. I called 4 times and chatted 3 times starting 3 minutes after the order was placed. They could not comprehend that I wanted to cancel the order. Had to fight them and still am. Issue is I used PAYPAL and not my Credit card. never Again Paypal only wants to help the sellers not the buyers.
