| Buy.com is where I purchase most of my software/hardware from, they beat out the retailers over half the time. with nearly everything nowdays on free shipping it works out great for me. |

| Horrible Customer service and deceptive practices |

| I ordered a digital picture from buy.com because there was a good price on it. I received an email with in a few days saying it had shipped and providing me a tracking number. I was unable to retrieve any tracking information on my package for 7 days. Once I do get the tracking information I see that my package is still sitting in California, and is now coming via the postal service, not the fedex as originally listed. At this point I am annoyed so I contact their company service department and politely express my dissatisfaction. Their response indicates that they shipped my package 3 days after they sent me the shipping confirmation. The message also contained an entire section on how fedex can use usps shipping but your still getting fedex shipping. Apparently they must pull this bait and switch often. This is the worst online shopping experience i have ever had, and i have gone with some pretty fly by night companies in the past to try and save a buck. This is the first company that i feel has out right lied to me and has showing no interest in resolving my dissatisfaction. If you do business with these people and have a problem, expect many canned customer service response with the intent to break your will to complain. |

i do not know why anyone on here has had a problem with them? i buy about $100 a motnh from them, and probally spent close to $2000 on there site. i only buy from them, since i neverhad a probelm with shipping, and everything i get works great. i only had a problem with one item, and i contacted them, and they paid for shipping back, and sent me a new one in a few days. you also have to understand that Buy.com is a marketplace, so if it doesn have "free shipping" listed with the price, it is coming form somewhere other then them. sometimes they provide slower shipping, but rarly have any problems with them. |

| I used to shop at buy.com, but after the worst customer service experience I have ever had online I will never buy from them again. I don't know how they continue to have customers when they are so terrible, Some people must like being treated bad. |
