| I was online at casual living looking for some outfits for this next school year. I love most of the items I get from casual living, but this order came to $450+ and I thought I would call to see if I could get something off since the order was so much. I spoke with a customer service rep who tried some other codes, but they all made my order more expensive(why would this company or any for that matter do that to their customers?)
This rep told me that was all he could do. I asked if there was someone, such as his superior that would be able to just grant such request and he said they would tell me the same thing. I believe he was also trying to not transfer me for some reason. I have ordered large quantities before from a variety of places and everytime it has been in this range they are more than willing to work with me. Most companies would rather have a sale for 20% less than no sale at all.
I am also a business owner and if a customer called me asking for a lower price, I would certainly offer something. What poor, poor customer service. |
