Horrible Customer Service

I was notified by my credit card company of a charge by Classic Closeouts using an old credit card number. When I checked all the way back to January '08, I cannot find any order placed with them. I have e-mailed twice and called three times and left messages to get this straightened out.The recording says you will get a callback, but you don't. They haven't responded by e-mail or phone to any of my messages. Now I have to go through a lot of work with my credit card company to get this charge removed.
