Rebates

Their website listed a rebate for shipping on my order but after receiving the order I could not find any place to file for a rebate. I contacted the company and basically was told "Tough S---" it only applies to orders over $99. That was not mentioned anywhere on the website and the rebate form could not be found on the website. I found this to be very misleading and would not shop there again. There has to be plenty of other companies that are not misleading in their website policies.
