CompleteTax has to be the worst ever. Customer service sucks. They don't reply to your emails. You have to pay $5 to get support online. They bug their software so you can't e-file. They don't even enter in your right account numbers so when the IRS tries to direct deposit your money doesn't go through. My brother had the same thing happen to his federal return. Its lost somewhere out there but completetax status shows its been deposited. SUCK ASS BIG TIME! Pretty pissed. I know alot of people who filed at H&R Block online have been successful this year. COMPLETETAX IS JUST ANOTHER SCAM |

Complete Tax does not have a customer service phone number, they only offer a anonymous e-mail address. They advertized discounts online which are not real.
In addition of the fact, that there is no reply when you try to get some information about the online deals by e-filing through them.
You can not trust a company that does not have a customer service phone number. It's pitiful! |

| I have been using completetax for 5 years already, I have yet to have a problem with them. The program is so easy to use and I have never had a single problem with my direct deposit. The reviews you see here, the other guys is just mad because he probably entered his account number wrong and needs someone to be mad at. I even do my friends taxes with complete tax and my friend made the mistake of giving me the wrong account number to her checking account and of course they never deposited the money. The ended up having to wait for a check from the IRS. No Big deal. We both know what we did wrong. Completetax, great program. I don't use anyone else. |

| Love them. I have used them for years and never had a problem. Yes, they don't have a direct contact line, but there is enough help and the chat works fine. If you have a lot of questions, you are better off going to a live CPA and having them help you and paying the mega bucks for that. But for the rest of us, using this program is quick and easy. I use them for my friends as well and never once, did we have any problems or IRS issues. |

| Didn't have a lot of deductions, so anticipated an easy session. Fed was OK. They were late with the Massachusetts software and when they finally made it available, it didn't work. Their support was very slow to respond. After I told them to forget it and give me my money back, they told me the software would be ready April 4! I told them thanks but no thanks and used other means to submit my state return. And, oh by the way, CompleteTax is keeping my money.
