| I feel the company was fraudulent in its dealings with me!! I was sent a book I didn't order and was refused a refund until I renturned the book, even though I dind't authorize the use of my credit card. They should have refunded my money immediately and taken the chance I would return it rather than expecting me to take a chance they'll credit the amount back to me when the book is returned, since they were dishonest in the first place!! I will NEVER buy from them again and recommend no one else do it either. |

I Buy this book after year.. and it makes a great christmas gift to give to others.. often times the book is cheaper than the list price by going through websites such as cashbaq... and its definitely worth the money- between the discounts to movies, places to eat, etc. |

| Prevent Automatic Renewal |

Entertainment.com depends on customers buying the book yearly. Each year, they will sell you the book at full retail price by auto auto-renewing. As soon as you receive your first book, you contact Entertainment.com to cancel Auto Renewal. Be very very persistent, they will try to pressure you.
After, call back a week later to reconfirm. Sometimes, their employees are presurre to do unethical acts to get people to auto-renewal by not listening to customer. In October, you go through the hassle of trying to returning it and obtaining a refund. |

The staff are not curteous and very good at dealing with their customers, however some of the coupons are worth it. Some of the book is also not updated and includes coupons for stores that have long been out of business. I buy for 3-4 areas, and this is true for all those books. |

Automatic Renewal???
That person needs to not click the automatic renewal button when ordering. If you want that $ 5.00 discount then you are getting automatic renewal.
As for person complaining about not getting a refund unless the merchandise was returned..... ARE YOU AN IDIOT/SERIOUS?
I haven't gotten my stuff yet, so I will keep the review in the middle. |

I have been using this book for last 2 years and it has been saving me lot of extra money. It has movie coupons for $7 bucks which is $3 saving per movie. It also has other restaurant coupons BOGO, which saves a big. So in all you save lot of money yearly. |

The discounts are worth it! I just sign up for the auto-renew each year with a credit card I know I will cancel soon and therefore, they cannot bill me and I still get my discount. The company is TERRIBLE to deal with directly. |

Long time customer but incensed with 40% increase in price from last year. Paid $25.00 shipping included last year. This year asking $35.00 shipping included. Customer Service was prompt only because they did not address the issue totally 'til I asked a second time or requested Corporate Info which rep said she did not have. I was so surprised at the response. |
