This is by far the worst 'luxury' brand hotel I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. No better than Holiday Inn and everyone who works there is so fake it makes you think you're in robot land. You can tell that Fairmont brainwashes them. The hotel itself (the building) is nice but everything else is woeful for the price paid. The only reason for paying to stay at these hotels is so you can say 'I stayed at a hotel that cost me $500 a night, aren't I rich' If I want to go for a high end hotel again I'd go for a Westin, Shangri La, Hyatt or any other than Fairmont so I can enjoy a proper luxury hotel.
