| A Great Place for Colognes |

| I have shopped at Fragrancenet.com on a couple of occasions, and I have had excellent experiences each time.
First, their selection. The do have a great selection of colognes. I will say there were a few colognes I was looking for that they didn’t have. But there is a way to tell them, and they might add it. I did not use that feature, so I don’t know how many people need to request a certain cologne before they add it to their inventory.
As for the prices, they are just about the lowest anywhere on the internet. I have searched most of the popular ones, Perfumery Outlet (which is now Tuccini.com), Perfumania, and a couple others. Depending on the particular cologne, Fragrancenet might be the lowest, but if not, only a dollar or so more.
As for customer service, I did contact them once, and I spoke to someone who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered my questions right away.
Regarding ordering and shipping, the website is easy to navigate. And as far as tracking your order, I don’t see how people can’t track their orders online. Once you place your order and your order is processed (usually with 48 hours), you receive an e-mail with the shipping information. Or, you can log in to your account, and the shipping tracking number (usually UPS) is right there. Then you can track your order through UPS. My order was placed on 7/27/05, shipped on 7/29/05, and arrived on 8/3/05.
The only negative I have about Fragrancenet, and this goes not just for Fragrancenet but all online places I checked out, is the fact that not all their prices are deeply discounted. The discount varies from 10% to 70% or so, depending on the cologne.
I did try a different place and ordered from Perfumery Outlet, but the customer service there was horrible, so I won’t be going anywhere else for my cologne.
I highly recommend people try them out at least once. I believe you be glad you did. |
