| First off, Karen's GREAT! I don't hold her responsible in the least for this store's horrrrrrrible customer service. I made a purchase online from one of the deals karen listed from this store. My final invoice at the end of the check out process gave the correct deal price. I was emailed another invoice shortly after making my purchase with the price 4X the amount of what I agreed to, the deal was no longer listed on my invoice. I called customer service the next day only to be hung up on SEVERAL times by the rudest group of employees I've ever dealt with in my entire life! I was finally given a so called supervisor who was ruder then the rest of the employees I already had the joy of dealing with who was the nastiest woman I've ever dealt with in my life! After getting her name (well, what she said was her name), I found their corporate office phone # online and spoke to the first and possibly only NICE employee they have working for them! She explained to me that they didn't have a supervisor by the name I was given and that I was probably lied to about her name. She said she would do the best she could to track down who I dealt with by looking through their computer system for my cancelled order. I made a promise that day to NEVER buy anything from Get Organized or Taylor Gifts (They're affiliated, I'm guessing same "great" customer service people you would get to deal with in the case of any problem with your order). I would like to mention I was VERY polite and professional to ALL of the employees I spoke with and was certainly not deserving of the nasty attitude I got from any of them. These employees like others, should treat their customers with respect and professionalism because without us, they would be out of a job. I notified Karen of the problem and she immediately pulled the deal she was advertising for this company off of her page. Karen is awesome and really does care about all of us and how we're treated! |
