| I am having a Halloween party for my daughters 1st birthday. I bought a costume from this site and 2 others for my twins at 2 other sites. The twins costumes came within a week. First of all, they had my email address wrong in their system, so I never received a confirmation. My daughters costume took over a month to get here because it was on back order, which was not stated on their site. I was thinking she was going to be the only kid at her party without a costume. I had to call customer service many times. At one point I asked the woman to hold because there was someone at my door and she hung up on me. Then the costume FINALLY gets here, and it is not what I ordered. Similar, but not what I ordered. To top it off, the packaging showed what I ordered, but inside the package was a different costume. I ordered her a leopard that was supposed to have a chip in it that growled, and only had ears on the hood because I hate the ones with the faces in the mouth of the costume.. and I ended up with a leopard costume with a face on the hood, so now her face is in its mouth, no growl chip, and a little leopard doll that growls. NOT a good transaction at all. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt even though they had so many bad reviews, but next time I guess I'll listen to the reviewers! |
