I just bought ajn RC helicopter at hobbytron. It is a really great store. I saved 3% too with the coupon on this site. I crashed the Helicopter 3 days afer I got it, but it was SOO much fun that I am going to buy another one. I love this hobby.

don't do it
I ordered a nitro car form hobbytron and paid extra for 1 day air shipping. I am still waiting 6 days later for them to process my order. If you try to call there customer service number good luck. I couldn't get through for 2 days and then when when I did finally get through it was a voice mail. And of course no response from that either. I don't know if I am one who fell through the cracks but you think they would try and make things right. Instead of just ignoring my requests.

I give them an F. I order a plane for them and I have yet to hear when it will be shipped and I can get no were on the phone or e-mail they never return any of it. If you are thinking of getting something from this site DON'T!!! get it somewhere else.

Lack of Response
Beware of this company. Customer service is terrible. Defective equipment is sent. Wrong orders are shipped. Phone mailboxes are full. Email response is non-existant. My advise... Choose another REPUTABLE company!

Trided to contact Airsoft@Hobbytron via Email and Phone. Got Email 2 weeks later saying he (Jaramie)was to busy to answer the question (Battery Order Number). Talk about a person who needs to be brought down and hard. Prices are higher than most of your competiters by 20%+.

Not worth it
I, and a friend both placed separate orders for RTR HPI Nitro car combos with free shipping. The free shipping must have been by horse and wagon because they both took forever. The combo includes a starter kit to give you everything you need to run your nitro car. Great idea if they didn't send me a starter kit for an electric car. Trying to explain that to the customer service was impossible. I never got the right kit from them, and finally gave up, and bought what I needed at my local shop. Prices aren't all the great -- I rather spend 10 bucks more and go with towerhobbies.com.

the past 2 items that i got from them were late but since it was UPS ground i didnt really care when i got it, just as long as i got it rite.... well this time i order another item, and they screw me over saying "since u order it on monday the 25th we'll ship it on monday the 4th... what kinda of crap is that?... talk bout bad custumer service, bad attitude and fake policy...

SAVE YOUR MONEY, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
I ordered an airsoft gun from this company in January, I never received it. They refuse to issue me a refund because I never requested the signature confirmation. So, somehow it is MY fault?? This signature confirmation information is not on the website, it will be explained to you after you don't receive your item(s) that you order. BEWARE !!!! It is now May, I have no guns, I am out $150, the Better Business Bureau couldn't help me and Hobbytron is still blaming me and refusing to grant me a refund for things I never received. BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHATEVER IT IS YOU ARE ORDERING!!!!

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a car from them 3 weeks ago, and hobbytron's website still states that it is processing. I have called them 3 times and emailed 3 times and I haven't heard anything from them. Terrible Customer Service.

Order
I placed an order on 7/10/08, and was told 5-10 buisness days to ship. It has been 19 days, no product, my credit card was BILLED on the 10th. I have emailed and left messages and are unable to get ANY sort of response, I will NEVER order from this company agian, and pray I some day get this product, becasue I KNOW I will never get a credit back. DON'T ORDER FROM HOBBYTRON if you know whats good for you.

Ripoff
This company is a ripoff, if you have a problem don't expect it to get fixed. I had ordered an item back in june, recieved it 2 months later completly damaged, tried to contact the company about this but with no solution, I just got the runaround, shipped it back in August and never heard anything about it again, it is now October and still no refund or replacement. All this company does is take your money and ignores you. Every apect of this company is poor and overall satisfaction is below the lowest level possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Total Ripoff!
DO NOT order from Hobbytron! My parents ordered my son an RC car for Christmas and when they received it, it was the wrong color and it looked as if it had been used! There were scratches all over the car! And now, they will not return calls or emails. These people are total scams!!!

Airsoft Gun
Awesome gun, I love it and the price is way lower then the competition out there. I ordered it on Tuesday and got my gun on Thursday and I only paid for ground shipping.

poor customer service
I received my rc airplanes a couple of weeks after I ordered them but all 3 came without the charger, and it is impossible to fly the planes without it. I tried numerous times to contact them, with no response. I have left 4 messages and called 3 times with no reply. Beware of this company. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from them. Their customer service is always offline and no one ever answers the phone. They are a rip off. Beware.
