| I remember my mom taking me to Penney's when I was a kid. The store has changed a lot and now I can shop online (better than the old catalog). I love love LOVE it! JC Penney is the best! Thanks for helping me save money there too. |

Absolutely horrible experience with JC Penney.
After a recommendation from a friend, we placed a large order for window treatments, by Hunter Douglas.
Repeated service issues with the appt. The “designer”, Beverly, canceled several appts without setting new ones, did not return calls, and in general ignored us. Once we escalated the issue, we finally got her out. She mis-measured 2 different windows, and ordered incorrect units/parts.
It took us 2 months to get someone out again, and they repeatedly gave us the run around, didn’t return calls, and in general, ignored us again.
When I escalated by calling everyone short of the CEO, they finally came out, and pointed out AGAIN that she had ordered the wrong part, which was causing damage to the verticals!
I will yell from the highest mountain about how horrible JC Penney is. I will yell about how bad their service is. I will do everything I can to make sure that no one I know shops there for anything, let along window treatments. The friend who recommended them is embarrassed and feels bad, and she is now joining me in my mission to ensure everyone knows how bad this group is.

I love JcPenney .. I have been shopping there for years and get some great deals in the store and online. I got two pairs of jeans once in for 7 bucks a piece. I get everything here but I do wait on it to go on sale cause it isn't worth the regular price. I'm cheap though. |

| I love shopping at JC Penney both in store and online. The one thing that I don\\\'t always like are their prices however if you shop at the right time and use coupons you can get some really good buys. I love the quality of their Plus Size clothes both for men and woman. They have fantastic brands but you just have to be a little careful because some brands sizes run different then other brands. I have decorated my living room with throws and pillows from their Home department. I also bought all the shades in my house from JC Penney at great prices. Another thing that I buy a lot is their comforters, etc. fantastic quality! Have never had a problem with wear. Again, shop carefully and you can get some great prices.
