Customer Service
This company has the worst customer service ever! We ordered 12 Massage Tables for our Massage Center. They said they shipped them and gave us a bad tracking number. We tried repeatedly by phone and e-mail to get through to them to find out some shipping info. They say they have customer service reps on 24 hours a day. That's a laugh! I called every hour on the hour all day several days in a row. One time my husband left the phone ringing on speaker and then forgot about it...6 hours later still ringing. We finally contacted the manufacturer and got some shipping info(they were a dream in comparison) This was all back in Dec. Here it is March and they still won't resolve our Cashbaq rebate. Do NOT shop with them!!!

I'm a professional fitness trainer and wanted to buy a home gym for the fitness center I run. These guys had a really good selection of home gyms. I was pretty impressed by the website. I actually ended up buying a home gym, a treadmill and a few dumbbells. Tracking was easy and communication was good. I received around 3 emails updating me about my order and keeping me in the loop regarding the shipment. Got ALL my items in 5 day! I'm not kidding. This was the fasted service I've received in a long time. Will definitely shop here again. RECOMMEND A+++
