I am appalled at the level of the service this company provides. I placed an order and requested rush service and overnight delivery. After 24 hours, nothing had been done with my order yet - even though the website says that if you place an order by 12:00 you can usually get same day shipping. I sent an email and got no response. I phoned and was told that the delay was caused by a credit verficiation, but that it had been taken care of and my package would definitely be shipped that day ---- only to receive a phone call later in the day stating that Newegg needed confirmation by phone AND that my product would not ship until the following Monday. I was also informed that my credit card had already been charged and that they would TRY to refund my $2.99 rush processing fee. I am disgusted with this level of service.
Update - They had the nerve to email and let me know that I would not get a refund on the rush processing fee (even though their disclaimer clearly states that a refund will be given if they do not ship the same day). They offered me free rush processing on my next order --- absolutely ridiculous --- there won't be a next order

I'm sorry you had a bad experience however I would like to try to reassure you that Newegg is a great company to buy from. It must have been a glitch or something for you. I have bought from this company since 1998 or so and have never had one problem.
They stand behind there products, are very fast in getting things out, I never had a problem with returns if I ordered the wrong one. My nephew, my niece's husband and friends from our gaming guild uses this company also, besides Frozen PC and Direct Tiger.
As I said it just must have been a glitch if I were you I would give them a try again or you should have given them a phone call as they will bend over backwards to help you fix the problem.
No, I do not work for them we have our own Company (cutting concrete) but I repair computers on the side and build systems also.
