Auto loan
I tend to get very poor customer service when dealing with therir phone agents. They are rude and if they are calling to collect on a bill they are very demanding and does not take the time to listen. I put in a request to defer a payment and never heard anything back, when an agent called to collect on the payment she did not try to go and find out why it wasn't defered or anything she just kept asking are you going to pay you bill? Before I answered I wanted to know what happened to my deferment. She never told me.
