Orange Onions sent me someone else's order, and when I called to ask what was going on, I had to leave a message because no one was "available" to answer the phone. This was also true the second, third and fourth time I called. What kind of business forces you to leave a message about a problem with an order? I sent an e-mail and got an initial response, but am still waiting for instructions on what to do with the item that was shipped. Meanwhile, the one item in my order I really wanted -- a Lego kit for my nephew -- is MIA. This company appears to be badly run. |
