a nightmare
The absolute worst company and customer service. Ordered in November 2007 and never gave the order a second thought until I saw that we were charged an amount in early December. Then the recipient called and told us they got a card and a backorder notice!!! I called on December 9th to learn that Personal Creations had cancelled my order without informing me as they ran out of the item, BUT, they sent the personalized greeting card to the recipient without the gift!!!!! AND they charged me $15.19 to embarrass my husband and I. Now they won't refund my money --- keep telling me they are backlogged. Oh, I also got a letter from them on the 22nd of December expressing their regrets, but they had to cancel my order. DON'T ever waste your time with them.
