Lusy Customers Support

They don't have a very good information about certian pets all they want to do is sell stuff for the pets so that if you want information about the pet you have to go to the actual store just for a few papers about the pets-witch is redicuas especially for teens like me who are just 13 and wants thier own personal pet but in order to get that pet they have to do some reaserch on that pet and raise up anough money to buy that pet, just like me.

bad service

with the recent pet food recall i had to get my cat a diffrent cat food.i recevived promt service for the new prescription cat food and proceeded to purchase the new food.after searching the store none was to be found.i asked for help from a stock boy. he was as lost as i.he got a assistant manager who with her little hand computer she said she had 1 bag but could not find it.she said that they had 5 pallats still to unpack.so i waited two days to return for the cat food.still no prescrition cat food. iam considering a different store altogether.our pets have had good vet care with banfeild but the store service is not up to par.

Store support

Noticing over time the Flint Mi. loacation seems to be cutting store support in lue of saving money and customer service. Being in retail I will not shop at this location if I cannot find in store help or service.

I was in dire need of dog food and since we live far out needed to buy a large bag. At 8 months pregnant not one person offered to help me load/unload the bag! Very disappointing.

Great Prices & Service

I love Petsmart. They have much better prices and MUCH better service than Petco. They are always busy, so that tells you that they have many happy customers! Including me andmy 8 pets.

Not Happy At All!!!

I was down at the local Pet Smart this week trying to get a few items since I was visiting family and taken my 2 dogs with me ... I talked to 3 different associates and they all didn't know anything about the store. I rarely go into this store but figured they would have the items I was looking for. The associates were not knowledgeable on any of their product locations or could tell me where I would be able to find certain items. Finally I got so upset that I went to Target and Walmart and got what I needed, overall I will not go back to this store when I am back in town visiting family.

Price matching

I've been a loyal customer of Petsmart since 2002. I buy about 20-25 CASES of Friskies 5.5oz cans of Cat food each month. Most of the food goes to feeding feral Cats in the wild. I pay out of pocket for this food. They have in the past "price matched" local copetitors as long as I brought in the current competitors ad as proof. Today I was told that they will no longer "price match" competitors. Your web sites says you still do? I showed the manager the pricematch policy but he refuses saying that the website has not been updated! Guess I will be ordering from the retail stores from now on! BTW whats up with all those pet supplies you destroy and toss in the dumpsters? WHY DON'T YOU DONATE THE STILL USABLE STUFF instead of destroying it?
