awesome
i just happen to check out the website, and i was surprised.. i bought a $10 gift card for a restraunt close by that i never heard of, for a total of $1.20 ($3, with 60% off) the idea is awesome. basicly, the restraunt is taking a hit. they are giving food away for free (the website takes the money you give them, the restraunt takes the hit) , but they are getting a customer that might come back forever.

Problems
I have been using restaurant.com for about 3 years and I will continue to do so. If a restaurant closes they have contacted me via email and let me exchange my certificate for any other at equal value. If I went to a restaurant that I did not care for they let me exchange any additional certificates from that restaurant.

Customer service
I have been trying for 2 days to call and e-mail their customer service. Unfortunately, no one responds to the e-mails, and when I call, a recording comes on saying; "all circuits are busy". How are you supoose to get through to this company? I cannot order the "monthly" deal either. Last of all, the website only shows 1 restaurant within 30 miles of me, to choose from. Anyone else having these problems?
