I thought the company was great. They sent me a free duffle bag even though I only spent like $50. After my shipment arrived, customer service reps called me two separate times to check and make sure I was happy with my purchase. My shipment arrived very quickly and I thought they paid great attention to the customer's needs and I enjoyed my experience.

Solid Service & Selection
The largest selection of running shoes and apparel anywhere. Solid and reliable customer service and a liberal return policy! However, their shipping charges are too high for just one or two items.

Always have the best overall selection of running shoes. Orders are always shipped prompt;y with one of the Best and liberal returns policies. The only major complaint is their initial shipping charge for one item is $8.99! Also, there are now better deals available (pricing if you know or size and shoe type.

Pricing Just OK
They have, by far, the widest selection of runing shoes brands as well as a iron clad return policy. However, lately (past 15 months) their overall pricing is only fair overall!Top notch customer service and advice. Shipping is too expensive compared to the compettion.
