| I thought the company was great. They sent me a free duffle bag even though I only spent like $50. After my shipment arrived, customer service reps called me two separate times to check and make sure I was happy with my purchase. My shipment arrived very quickly and I thought they paid great attention to the customer's needs and I enjoyed my experience. |

The only major complaint is their initial shipping charge
for one item is $8.99! Also, there are now better deals available (pricing if you know or size and shoe type. |

| They have, by far, the widest selection of runing shoes brands as well as a iron clad return policy. However, lately (past 15 months) their overall pricing is only fair overall!Top notch customer service and advice. Shipping is too expensive compared to the compettion. |
