No refund and no perfumes for purchase.
Worse customer service in all of my years of doing business on the Internet. Actually was forced to write this review. Made online purchase on 08/10/10, never received the package. UPS refunded Scented Monkey on 12/02/10 because package was lost. Scented Monkey told me that they refunded me through Paypal on 12/21/10. It turned out to be a VERY BIG LIE. I sent numerous emails to them begging for my money $61.29 but they have completely ignored me. Their customer is HORRIBLE and they are very dishonest. Please shop elsewhere. Not recommended.
