It's ashame that such a great product is marred but poor policy. Their mandatory buying of a kit is like being forced into something. If I could do the create a kit and choose what I want instead of being forced into buying their regular shipment I would gladly do that. Their concealer is the best product I've ever found. when they change their shipping policies to better suit their customers needs I'll be back. I don't think they take their customers needs seriously. Good product bad experience.

Where's the catolog
Don't mind ordering the kit but as I have a friend that already uses it and would like to purchase some extra's there is no catolog online. Want to order the base that is under the make-up also and it's not in the KIT

I had a bad experiance with Sheer Cover. after your into kit you have no choice but to have at least 4 items in your next kit and the price is never lower then 45.00 The make up is great but I really hate being forced into paying more for these products then I would like

Tke money without your OK
Loved the product!!! Hate how they do business. Take $98.00 from my account {payPal} without my knowledge,plus I didn\\\'t know what Sheer Cover was sending me....$98.00 FOR WHAT? which in turn my check bounced..due to lack of funds. Not a good way to do business...

Really bad experience
I originaly order the intro kit from sheer cover and had it shipped to my offie. I ended getting a job out of state and moved a year later I find out that sheer cover had been shipping stuff to my old office and charging me with out my authorization. I called them and asked for a credit and offerde to fax proof that I had been living in a different state and they refused to give me a credit and were forcing me to file a claim with my credit card when it was them that was steeling from me. The way they do bussines is just horrible!!

Expired
the sent my 4 products to me and those are almost expired within 6 months. i called them to ask them why they sent those products to me, and a customer service agency said"the expired products still good for 2-3 years"??? i will return those stuff to Sheercover as soon as possible
