| Customer Service is TERRIBLE |

| I placed an order for Crocs on the Shoebuy.com website. I followed up with 4 emails and 3 phone calls to customer service including speaking with a supervisor after two weeks passed and the shoes did not arrive as promised. Shipping on the site and my account stated that it was going through USPS, yet it was actually being shipped through UPS, according to the first customer service rep. (And it did...eventually.) Each time I asked to speak with a manager in charge, their customer service rep promised that I would receive a call back. Funny that their was never one available. The supervisor also promised that I would receive a call back. Two weeks later, my phone has not rung. I would go bare foot before purchasing from them again. |
