I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Shoe Steal. One came without insoles or straps, another without straps, and the third in the wrong color and size. Customer service has not answered any of my emails. It has been 2 weeks with no response. I can find no online record of my orders on their site. Is this even a legitimate company? Stay away from Shoe Steal unless you want to throw your money away.
