| I love ShopNBC! The quality of the things I have gotten far surpasses any of the other shopping stations, especially jewelery, just gorgeous!Very high end. The hosts are really nice, Though some are annoying, like Melissa Miner, too much whining, and Lynn repeats everything she says twice, and Pam, though i like her, is just saying :yesss, and U -HUMMM, and ohhhhh, constantly while the guest is speaking. Charla is way too annoying, I can not watch her at all, ever. All in all. my favorite station! |

| I agree with Lisa Keller.
I do not understand how a network like SHOPNBC hire somebody so unsophisticated like Melissa Miner.She is so irritating,that I just can not watch her shows.
I like SHOPNBC very much they have the best products.The customer service needs improvement. |

| Before ShopNBC I had jewelry custom designed/made because jewelers in my area had nothing I wanted, or if they did, price was exhorbitant. ShopNBC is like getting custom pieces every time at a great value. If I have things appraised, cleaned, or sized, jewelers are shocked I'm buying high-end pieces from TV. This week I picked up Tagliamonte earrings and bracelet, earrings from Palermo, a Lapson handbag and a My Michelle 18K gem ring from "Meet the Designers." No other channel sells this quality of goods.
Charla is my favorite. I know what I'm getting when she shows the pieces. Bored with the rest. |

Products shipped are not the items shown on the screen. You pay to ship items back when you receive the wrong item. Jewelry is shabby and so is their service. I am no longer shopping with them and neither are my friends. We have switched to Overstock, Ice, and Diamond |

| Beware of the Renato diamond watches that ShopNBC and Renato watches are calling G color and VS clarity. I have received 3 of these watches and none of them measured up to the represented quality. I have been in the loose diamond business for 30 years and I know what G color and VS clarity diamonds look like. None of the watches received, 2 mens, and 1 ladies, were NOT this quality. If you enjoy being ripped off you will buy these watches and be happy but they are not as being represented. It's your cash. Be smart and stay away from these diamond watches by Renato on ShopNBC. |

| ...and blamed the vendor for not shipping the proper quantity. Contacted the vendor and they stated they had shipped ShopNBC the correct number of goods that was contracted for. Plus ShopNBC offered the same watch for sale 5 weeks after I had place my order. Wonder who is lying here?? I had them rated very highly but not after this nonsense. I have purchased 3 Renato watches and a TV from them. There is one other Renato being released on Sunday, Dec.23 and after that purchase it is buh bye to ShopNBC...I hate being lied to. |

| I have bought many many jewelry items and some I liek and some I don't. I find your customer service the worst of all shoppong channels. I Like most of the hosts and find Melissa miner one of the better ones. Love charla but they all use the same terminology such as this prise is cookie or silly. and the girl for Meredith of tresures de Italia is obnoxious and acts like she doesn't know the things are on sale yet she showed them on sale the day before. How stupid is she. |

I am so happy that I found this channel. I love the 800tc sheets, Isomers, high end designer jewelry - and the coupons you can find online! I like a lot of the hosts too - esp. Lynn, Melissa, Charla, Libby - they blow HSN & QVC out of the water on most things! |

ShopNBC does not have the quantity onhand when a purchase is made. One order I made was cancelled more than a week later even though it went through. I was told they didn't have the product and so ShopNBC cancelled my order. Another order was charged to my card, shipped and returned. I never recieve the product nor did I return it. Customer service always blames their vendors. It is never ShopNBCs fault. If the vendors make that many mistakes they need to search elsewhere for the products. The customer service needs a great deal of improvement. They should take lessons from QVC. QVC has the greatest customer service and sets the standard for superior customer service. Don't knock someone else for what they have experienced just because you had a good one and others have not. Everyone is just expressing their own personal service they have received. This gives others an honesty opinion about ShopNBC. They definitely need a lot of improvement in all aspects of the buying experience. |

I have purchased several items from ShopNBC that were damaged which needed to be returned. ShopNBC always blames the vendors. If there are that many items damaged then the vendors should be reviewed and changed. Several customers have noted damaged or defective items being sent to them if you read the customer reviews on ShopNBC. One order I placed the item was processed and a week later was canceled. I was told there was no inventory left even though when I placed the order it indicated there were some available. I placed another order and the item processed. It was shipped but I never got it. I got a notice to say thank you for the return. When I called CS they said it probably was damaged. Now the product is no longer available. ShopNBC needs to work on stocking enough inventory for the items they offer and keeping track of what sells. They also need to work on better customer service. QVC has THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond trying to help a customer. ShopNBC can learn from QVC how to treat their customers. This has been my personal experience in dealing with ShopNBC. I am sure some have had better experiences as well. As a whole ShopNBC tries but they need to step up to the plate to do better. |

| used to be ok. No coupons for longtime customers--only new ones, since I assume they need those now that so many of us have defected. $8.99 to ship a pair of gloves??? Horrid customer service, high shipping charges, credit dept. is the worst, have pretty much stopped shopping there. QVC is SOOOO much better with customer service, pricing, etc. and they have gotten a lot of big name designers lately. |
