| Digital prints just like film. |
| When my sister got married, I noticed the wedding photographer using a digital camera to snap away his pictures and thought to myself there’s no way those pictures will come out looking as good as traditional film prints. And when she sent me an email directing me to the photo album on Shutterfly.com I became even more skeptical. Sure, the digital photos looked nice on my computer screen, but how do they look in my hand? I decided to sign up for Shutterfly and order my 15 free 4x6” prints to judge for myself. Well, the proof is in the pudding because these photo prints ended up making me a believer in the quality of digital photography. Since then I have become a regular user of Shutterfly, recommending it to my friends and each time I (as well as my friends) am pleasantly satisfied with the quality of our digital photo prints. Shipping is fast and reasonable and the online software is very easy to use and surprisingly effective. I’ve used more comprehensive photo editing programs on my computer at home and not been able to remove the red-eye in my digital photos as well as Shutterfly can. | Tonight, December 10 (and the last day for shipping) the web-site appears to be down and I can not access. I am sure it is due to high traffic volume but it is frustrating. I am so anxious to finish my project! You guys offer wonderful products! The last album I had printed turned out wonderfully! |

| I ordered pictures to be developed by Shutterfly,and when the pictures arrived I could barely recognize my own self in them...Awful, and very dissapointed.
Paid to much for bad ugly pictures. |

| 5X7 book |
| Has anyone else noticed that their pictures of their 5X7 casual books look exactly like their hardcover book, they have a spine, lay flat, etc. But the 5X7 Casual is just a paperboard cover and is cheap looking. They need to quit showing unrealistic picture on their site |
