dishonest shop
Be aware of ordering a new pair of skis at skis.com and summitsports.com. I ordered a pair of brand new K2 ski on their website, but end up getting one with previously binded holes with the binding taken off. It turned out to be a demo display, and they sold it the same price as a new ski without disclose the condition. When I called them, they refuse to adjust the price nor matching the lower price from another merchant as they advertised. Also the shipping packaging is terrible, very easy to damage the skis. I will never order from them again.

never rec'vd shipment
Placed order 12-22-10 today its jan 8th, 2011--NO ORDER REC'D! made call on the4th jan. -said package delivered to wrong address, will ship 2 day air and have it by friday 7th, going skiing the 8th, HERE IT IS THE 8th, NO PACKAGE REC'VD!!! Was told, when the shipment arrives I can return it ! Never agian with skis.com!! Poor customer service. Worst of all I have been charged and have no ski pants to show for it for $200!!!!not like they are a bargain!!!
