| Photo print services are all the same! Choose on price |
Reviewer : Jared (Palo Alto, CA) |
| It has been my experience that most online photo processing websites are more or less the same. All of them allow you to store and share photos for free and all of them basically give you the same printing options (multiple print sizes, photo calendars, mugs, t-shirts, greeting cards, etc.). The real distinguishing factors, at least for me, are price, quality and shipping times. It is in these areas where Snapfish rises above the competition. With 4x6 in. photo prints costing only 19 cents each and shipping rates typically between 99 cents and $1.99, Snapfish is cheaper than most other places. This drop in price does not result in a drop in quality, as all my digital photo prints look crisp and bright, no matter how big or small. Another bonus is the lag (or should I say, lack thereof) between when I place my order and when I actually receive it. My photo prints usually arrive in my mailbox in 2-3 days or less when I choose the standard shipping option. It is this combination of competitive pricing, digital print quality and fast service that has kept me coming back to Snapfish every time I want to develop my digital photos. |

| Easy Pics |
Reviewer : Mary Ellen Charleton (Miami, FL) |
| I choose Snapfish because it is easier to set up my albums but most specifically, I choose Snapfish because I prefer the matte finish and some other competitors do not offer that finish. Thanks Snapfish!!! |

| Now only 12 cents a print |
Reviewer : Elaine M. (Las Vegas, NV) |
| It's even BETTER now. 4x6 photos are only 12 cents for reprints - and you can either have them MAILED to you or have them sent to a local store in your area for pick up. It doesn't get any easier! |

| Excellent service |
Reviewer : KIMBERLY (Panama City, FL) |
| All online photo sites are NOT equal. SNAPFISH print quality is by FAR superior to others such as Shutterfly & Yahoo. Also, SNAPFISH has a special cropping for digital prints that retains more of the original picture area. I have ordered calendars, stickers, notebooks, flipbooks, and prints from SNAPFISH. I *highly* recommend SNAPFISH. |

| Too expensive |
Reviewer : Tra (Napoleon, OH) |
| Snapfish prints are amazingly cheap, the service is great, quality is great BUT I spend only 10 cents per picture to print and 17 cents (on average) to have it shipped. This is on orders of over 100 pictures. Less pictures, more expense. The shipping prices have doubled in the last year. Can't justify it anymore - I can drive to WalMart and print my pictures cheaper. |

| snapfish is great! |
Reviewer : susy (long beach, CA) |
| Snapfish is great. I've been a member since 2002, and have always gotten great service. I've ordered photos, flip-books, a t-shirt, and a poster, and they all came out great. What I especially like is how the photos do not take long to come in the mail, and I like the matte finish. I would like it if snapfish didn't delete your photos if you don't order anything, though, and if the shipping prices for international delivery was lower. Other than that, everything is great. |

| Snapfish is the best! |
Reviewer : Gin (Jackson, MS) |
| Snapfish is the best. Even with shipping & taxes, Snapfish costs less than Wal-Mart & Walgreen's. There almost always coupon codes for discounts. The quality is MUCH better than what you would find at the Kodak kiosk at either one of these stores. Snapfish fixes the red eye in almost all of my pictures, and now they have a new picture size for digital prints that prevents the typical 'cut off' when they are printed. I couldn't be more satisfied with Snapfish's services! |

| Snapfish does a great job |
Reviewer : Jodi (Dublin, OH) |
| Snapfish does a great job with pictures. They look great. Shipping is reasonable - especially if you don't order often, but hold off to order larger quantities (I know it's hard sometimes!). I have never used the pickup service, but it's a nice option. Coupons are available often - even on-line. You can also lock in lower cost-per-picture by paying for a set amount (such as 250) of pictures and ordering them at a later date as you want them.
I have never used any of the other competitor on-line services and I don't have (or want) a photo printer at home - at least for now.
The only ding I have with Snapfish are the memory books. I ordered many of them for my family for Christmas and they turned out great. My issue is that the pages are stapled and then glued in - not bound and the first one I opened came apart. Also, it was a bit difficult to move pages around when I set them up. Other than the memory book complaint, I think Snapfish does a great job (good customer service response also) and I will continue to give my picture business to them. |

| Hidden Fees |
Reviewer : Nathan Boyer (Columbia, MO) |
| They have hidden fees in thier shipping! They advertise one price for prints (10 cents each if you prepay for example) but then they are the only online photo printer that charges per print for printing (the shipping cost +5 cents per print). Shutterfly does not do this Kodak Picture Gallery does not do this. These other places just charge a flat rate for shipping. Snapfish uses deceptive pricing! And thier customer service does not email you back. Use another service! |

| Don't count on Shipping getting there on time |
Reviewer : Rin (Bensalem, PA) |
| Cheapest way is USPS. They charge you for 3 to 5 day delivery but will not accept responsibility for lost shipments until after 10 days.
Paying for Fed Ex doesn't work either because they will not ship 'signature guaranteed' so the delivery guy can drop it at any door (which he did) and Snapfish isn't responsible and neither is Fed Ex. No credit whatsoever was given for lost Christmas pictures that were ordered at Thanksgiving. |

| I used the 99 cent shipping, it wasnt applying the discount to my order so I called and a lady helped me by giving me overnight shipping for 99 cents. Not to mention I already had 60 free prints. |

| Snapfish is great! |
Reviewer : Alice (Tempe, AZ) |
| Love this website. Our family is spread out all over the country. We have lots of relatives and we can all post photos and each family orders what they want. I used to spend lots of money ordering photos for everyone, never knowing if those were their favorites. I also get photos of the grandkids more often. |
