TracFone is a complete RIP OFF. You burn minutes speaking w/Customer Service. Customer Reps don't listen. TracFone will not reimburse you for sending out bad equipment or if you find the service dissatisfactory within 7-14 days. TracFone SUCKS!

I have had my tracfone for about 2 years now. I can't afford a monthly cell phone plan and I don't use my tracfone to just chat. So far I have not had any problems. Some might say I have just been lucky, but if you knew me personally you would know I'm not a lucky person. Unfortunately, like a lot of other companies, their cust. serv. is foreign. You know, India. that is a drawback.

tracfone is a JOKE!
Radio Shack has stupid misinformed help (incl. supervisors)and Tracfone service is pathetic!. tracfone uses GSM (worthless) phones that most likely wont work indoors. Tracfone service 800-876-5793 lie a different lie everytime you call. What a joke of a company. Couldnt be cheap enough for me.

I've had my tracfone for a year now and don't use it often. It has saved me a lot of money only needing to buy minutes every 4 months instead of paying a monthly bill. The service is acceptable and of course you get what you pay for.

Love my phone
I have had Tracfone phones for several years and have purchased them for friends and family and we are all happy. If you need to talk to customer service call from a land line instead of using up your minutes. This service is best suited to adults who are interested in occasional use.

I LOVE my Tracfone
I have had my Tracfone for about 4 years. I do not want a monthly contract, and I don't use my phone for anything except talking. I have NEVER had a problem and have found their customer service to be great. I won't change unless something VERY drastic happens,like they quit their service..

Love my tracfone
I have had my tracfone for for about 7 years, well actually I'm only on my 3rd phone, and I have no complaints at all. I don't talk on my phone much and use it mainly for texting. Of course I do use it occasionally to make calls and I have never had a problem. The few times I have had to call customer service, they were always polite and helpful and always solved my problem or answered my question. You get what you pay for so if you expect a Tracfone to do something fancy, then you better plan on paying more money. I use it to save money.

ON 4TH TRACFONE
WE LOVE OUR PHONES. SWITCHED ONE TIME TO A NATIONAL PLAN AND ENDED UP PAYING $68/MONTH. DROPPED PLAN, PAID TO GET OUT OF IT AND CAME BACK TO TRACFONE.
