Will Not Shop Again
I placed an order with Woman within, got confirmation of my order & when I went to find it online, it wasn't there so I emailed to find out what was going on with my order & was told that they didn't show an order for me even though I still had the email with order confirmation. Since they can't "find" my order, they just lost out on a sale of over $170, I will shop someplace who can keep track of my order. I got their catalog in the mail so I thought I would give them a try but they blew it & I will let my friends know not to bother with a company who can't find orders even when they sent an email with all the order info on it.
With the economy the way it is, you would think they would want to get new business but I guess they don't need it. Oh well, I can look for new items elsewhere, where they know what is going on.
