Awful Customer Service

Please think twice before shopping with this company. Their service is terrible and their customer representatives are rude. I ordered gifts for our daughter 10 days before Christmas and paid for express shipping, The items which I was told were in stock were actually back ordered and we were never informed. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. Once the call was answered, I was not happy with the service provided I asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold and the phone disconnected. Overall awful experience and I will have a very sad 4-year-old on Christmas morning

Horrible store

" I would rate your store lower than one star if I could. I ordered something for a child for Christmas on the 16th with the rush delivery. Now you are saying it is not going to be here till the 29th. Called customer service and it is "Nothing we can do". Your shipping policy specifically said that it was 3 to 4 day delivery for stuff that is in stock, which this item was and it was ordered on the 16th. So I just paid you extra for something that is arriving later that the date it was supposed to have, EVEN having given myself some extra delivery time? What BS!!! Horrible customer service too...first person didn't care and almost immediately passed me off by putting me on hold for 1/2 hour and then the second person had no idea what my case was about and just started over. I should have bothered waiting, cause she didn't care either. And I see that you turned off your posting on your wall too so people can't tell the world how bad it is."
